In 2016, a group of specialists with over 15 years of experience selling welding wire from renowned global brands in Russia launched a new brand of welding consumables, EWC.
The launch of the new brand was preceded by many years of close collaboration with customers throughout Russia and a thorough understanding of the specific product characteristics of global brands.
EWC welding consumables are developed by leading Russian engineers and are ideal for welding in Russian conditions.
The EWC range of welding consumables includes coated electrodes, filler rods, solid and flux-cored wires, and fluxes for welding carbon, low-alloy, high-strength, heat-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant steels, nickel, aluminum, and copper alloys, cast iron, and for hardfacing. Tungsten electrodes are also produced under the EWC brand.
EWC welding consumables are manufactured at the best factories in Europe and Asia—leaders in welding consumable production in terms of quality and product range. These factories also manufacture several grades of welding consumables from many well-known European brands.
When selecting the manufacturing plants, we considered recommendations from specialists at Linde Group (Germany), Gazprom, SIBUR, NOVATEK, NIPIGAZ, Tatneft, and their contractors, who have had positive experiences using their welding consumables.
EWC welding consumables have the largest database of NAKS certificates in Russia and are approved by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, confirming their compliance with current industry standards, industrial safety requirements, and suitability for critical welding applications.
