The REFRAFILING fire-resistant profile filler is an innovative product developed by the company. The mixture can be used to fill both individual profiles and assembled structures. This allows you to transform conventional aluminum structures (doors, windows, and stained glass) into fire-resistant structures with a fire resistance of up to 60-90 minutes, including those that have already been installed on the site. The effectiveness of the REFRAFILING aluminum profile filler has been confirmed by fire tests of an aluminum structure: a partition made of an Alyutech F 50 profile with a Alyutech 62 mm door with thermal break. The initial structure was a standard design manufactured according to the Alyutech catalog. The posts and beams were made of aluminum embedded elements.
