Russian Space Systems, JSC (part of ROSCOSMOS) develops, produces, tests, delivers and operates space and ground-based equipment as well as space information systems. The company focuses its efforts on creation, evolution and purpose-oriented operations of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system, a ground-based segment for controlling satellites, space systems which ensure search and rescue, provide hydrometeorological backup, offer radio engineering support for scientific outer space exploration missions and terrestrial stations for receiving and processing of Earth observation data.
