Fryazinsky Plant of High-power transistors (Joint Stock Company "FZMT") specializes in the production of Electronic Component Base for power electronics used in special-purpose equipment. Main areas of activity:
• powerful bipolar transistors, assemblies and modules based on them,
• powerful bipolar transistors with isolated gate, assemblies and modules based on them,
• powerful n-channel field-effect transistors with isolated gate, assemblies and modules based on them,
• powerful Schottky diodes, assemblies and modules based on them,
• powerful pulse diodes, assemblies and modules based on them,
• powerful rectifier diodes, assemblies and modules based on them,
• special control and measuring equipment,
• enclosures for semiconductor devices.
In partnership with Minsk-based Integral, the development of high-power bipolar transistors with an isolated gate 2E802 with a PT structure for voltages of 600, 1200 V, and a current of 45 A. continues. The new transistors have better time parameters, which ensures lower switching losses and an increase in the operating frequency of the converters.
In order to provide Russian enterprises with the necessary ECB to replace imported equipment, FZMT is developing 2E802 transistors with ultrafast reverse diodes in one housing.
The plant is completing work on the development of 2T935B and 2T9138A transistors in KT-111V-2.02 type enclosures based on aluminum nitride ceramics to expand the scope of application and reduce their prices. The presence of a potential-free housing base
KT-111V-2.02 will eliminate the need for electrical insulation gaskets when installed on a heat sink.
