The main area of activity of the Joint Stock Company "Bolkhovsky Plant of Semiconductor Devices" (JSC "BZPP"): development and production of electronic equipment for radio-electronic equipment. The mass-produced products of IET are supplied to more than 300 enterprises in Russia and include more than 100 different types.

The company develops and produces diodes, diode arrays, Schottky diodes, CMOS chips, and transistors.
It has a full production cycle for chips on 100 mm silicon wafers, as well as for the assembly of diodes and microchips in glass flasks, plastic cases, and metal-ceramic cases.
