JSC "PIC "Elektropribor" has been a leading organization in Russia for the production of science-intensive radio-electronic equipment for more than 60 years.
Our organization offers full-cycle contract manufacturing services for electronics, including the production of printed circuit boards, automated and manual assembly of components, automated control, mechanical assembly, and tuning and adjustment.
The organization provides the following types of contract manufacturing services for the production of printed circuit boards and electronic modules:
– Design and technological support for orders;
– Production of printed circuit boards up to class 6 (up to 30 layers);
– Surface-mounted automated assembly (SMT) of printed circuit boards;
– Manual assembly (THT) of printed circuit boards;
– Automated selective soldering;
– Production of cables and wiring harnesses;
– Visual, optical, electrical, and 3D X-ray control;
– Wave resistance control;
– Washing and moisture protection (selective moisture protection) of electronic modules;
– Testing and programming of electronic modules.
It is possible to manufacture both prototypes and large-scale batches, as well as perform individual technological operations.
