Joint-stock company "Research and Production Enterprise "Salut" possesses a complete closed technological cycle for the development and production of devices operating in the decimeter, centimeter, and millimeter wavelength ranges, based on vacuum electron devices and semiconductor devices, as well as monolithic integrated circuits (MICs). This cycle spans from the synthesis of high-purity substances to the development and manufacturing of discrete monolithic active elements and MICs based on them, as well as multifunctional solid-state, vacuum, and vacuum-solid-state monolithic modules utilizing its own component base and vacuum-solid-state integrated products.
