ZNTC main activity area is modern microelectronic technologies development and manufacturing promising high-tech microelectronic products. The company has modern infrastructure that provides full cycle of development and contract manufacturing of microelectronics and microsystems equipment. The production complex includes the manufacturing of ICs, their packaging and testing, as well as the assembly of 3D modules and electronic equipment.
The company specializes in the designing and manufacturing of sensors of physical quantities for industrial automation systems, aviation and rocket and space instrumentation, energy and oil and gas industries, the development of intelligent control systems, photonic component base and products (multiplexers, transceivers) for the telecommunications industry. In addition to manufacturing electronic component base ZNTC is currently developing projects in photonic area, and power electronics, microwave electronics based on GaN (Si) technologies.
New activity areas of our company is electronic engineering (equipment for the microelectronic industry). Recently ZNTC has completed the development of a photolithograph with topology of 350 nm and launched it on the market.
