The S67 series of programmable attenuators offers repeatability with a typical value of 0.05 dB and boasts exceptional longevity (exceeding 2 million switching cycles per section). This series employs a compact, rugged design for coaxial measurements up to 67 GHz. Utilising a thin-film attenuation network, it achieves high attenuation accuracy with low VSWR, alongside outstanding insertion loss performance—less than 4.0 dB at 67 GHz (three-stage). Its compact form facilitates integration into instruments and automated test systems.
The S67 Series attenuators, utilising 1.85 mm connectors, operate up to 67 GHz, representing the optimal solution for applications demanding high performance and reliability. The attenuators are standardly equipped with two female connectors, though versions with male and female connectors are available upon request, facilitating integration into microwave links.
