The largest manufacturer of water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for the electronic industry, with more than 100 completed projects in Russia and the CIS. The main specialization is the provision of treatment, storage and distribution stations for deionized and ultrapure water according to ASTM, SEMI, OST, GOST R 58431-2019, GOST R 71994-2025, etc. for high–tech industries, both large and experimental and laboratories. Based on the experience and statistics of completed projects, the company has developed GOST R 71994-2025 "Water treatment systems for the electronic industry", which was put into effect in 2025. For 30 years the company has been implementing optimal engineering solutions for deionized and ultrapure water production, storage and distribution systems for manufacturers of printed circuit boards, integrated circuits, semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, solar panels, etc., which take into account Russian characteristics of water quality, construction conditions, financing and operation. Projects are delivered on a turnkey basis - from design to commissioning and maintenance, the customer receives an effective solution with guaranteed performance at any point in the process chain from a single contractor. Ultrapure water pipelines made of modern inert polymer materials (PVDF, PP) are being installed by non-contact IR welding in an ISO7 clean zone. The supply of consumables for water treatment equipment has been organized – UPW-class resins, membrane elements, modules for electrodeionization, membrane degassing, finishing microfilters, etc. Our own production sites, technological, design, electrical engineering and automation departments, and the R&D department allow us to successfully implement projects of any complexity.
