MicroSET is a system for laser microprocessing of LTCC ceramics. It is designed for automatic, repeatable processing of raw, unfired ceramic cards with pre-made reference holes.
Thanks to the use of a special focusing lens, a coaxial machine vision system, and a feedback-controlled coordinate table, the machine provides reference points with an accuracy of up to 5 μm for further processing.
For maximum convenience when working with raw ceramic cards, the machine is equipped with a special vacuum table with removable substrates and a special illumination of the reference holes on the cards.
The software developed by the Laser Center's specialists allows you to automatically determine the position of a ceramic card blank using pre-calculated reference points without manual operations, and to process raw, unglazed ceramic cards with thousands of holes with high accuracy.
