GN axel и GN tech are Russian developers and manufacturers of high-tech materials, products, and equipment for microelectronics, focused on import substitution and technological independence.

The technological equipment lineup includes plasma material processing systems, vacuum coating deposition and etching systems, automated cassette and SMIF container loading and unloading modules, wafer sorting and re-stacking equipment, as well as equipment for monitoring introduced defects.
