2. Power modulator for microwave power amplifiers:
— iPWR‑533‑M16 in the supply voltage range of 6–35 V.
The modulator supports continuous operation mode.
3. Domestic GaN microwave power amplifier ICs:
— iPA‑32‑MB with an output power of 90 W in the frequency range of 2,3 – 3,1GHz;
— iPA‑41‑MB with an output power of 15 W in the frequency range of 8,0 – 11,0 GHz;
— iPA‑45‑MB with an output power of 45 W in the frequency range of 8,0 – 11,0 GHz;
— iPA‑120‑M with an output power of 25 W in the frequency range of 1,4 – 2,5 GHz.
4. PP954A — a GaN microwave transistor operating in the range up to 4,0 GHz. The transistor provides an output power of at least 50 W, efficiency over 50%, and a gain of more than 13 dB in continuous mode.
5. K1324PS8AU1 — a microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) of a double‑balanced frequency mixer based on GaAs. It is designed for use in the frequency range from 4 to 20 GHz, with conversion losses of about 8 dB, and supports both upconversion and downconversion.
6. APC «Ivolga» is a toolkit for automating technological and measurement processes for microwave laboratories and production facilities. You assemble a system tailored to your task from ready‑made modules — manipulators, measurement units, tooling, and software — and obtain an automated cycle of measurements and operations without having to develop a setup from scratch.
