4. PP954A — a GaN microwave transistor operating in the range up to 4,0 GHz. The transistor provides an output power of at least 50 W, efficiency over 50%, and a gain of more than 13 dB in continuous mode.
5. K1324PS8AU1 — a microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) of a double‑balanced frequency mixer based on GaAs. It is designed for use in the frequency range from 4 to 20 GHz, with conversion losses of about 8 dB, and supports both upconversion and downconversion.
6. APC «Ivolga» is a toolkit for automating technological and measurement processes for microwave laboratories and production facilities.
