Development and production of ceramic-polymer thermally conductive dielectric materials KPTD, which are successfully used to solve problems in the field of heat dissipation and control of thermal processes in electronics.
The nomenclature of heat-conducting KPTD materials includes:
1. KPTD-1 filling compounds
2. KPTD-2 sheet materials and substrates
3. KPTD-2M gel sheet materials
4. KPTD-3 thermal paste
5. KPTD-4 thermal paste
We also produce sheets and gaskets according to individual customer drawings. In close cooperation with our customers, we adapt KPTD materials for specific products and specific operating conditions. Work is underway to create new highly filled and phase-transition materials.
