MONOROTOR LLC is a Russian manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision automated dosing systems. Our solutions are based on the unique design of precision dosing devices utilizing single-screw technology.
We are the only company in the Russian Federation that has implemented the processing of such dosing working units in our own production. Furthermore, we also independently manufacture key components of the systems, including material preparation and mixing units. All this allows us to provide a high level of service, respond quickly to any changes in the project, and adapt to any technological challenges.
Our products serve as import substitution for equipment from manufacturers such as ViscoTec, Beinlich (Germany), Nordson, Fisnar (USA), and HEISHIN (Japan).
MONOROTOR is not just an equipment manufacturer; we create turnkey technological solutions and implement the full production cycle:

Our systems are designed for precise volumetric dosing of a wide range of materials, such as highly viscous, paste-like, and thixotropic substances, filled materials containing abrasive particles, including two-component compounds.
