MicroEM Technologies is a contract manufacturer of high-quality electronics in Russia.

MicroEM Technologies' production facility is located in Zelenograd, Moscow, and occupies over 2,000 square meters. It is equipped with two SMT assembly lines with a combined capacity of 250,000 components per hour, through-hole soldering (THT) areas with other selective soldering units, and cleaning units. Each production area has implemented intermediate quality control.

Assembly quality is monitored by two online AOI systems, X-ray equipment, and optical microscopes. We use equipment from leading manufacturers in the USA, Japan, Germany, and South Korea.

We offer our clients not only product assembly but also turnkey services: from printed circuit board production and component procurement to assembly and firmware installation of finished products. The defect rate of our products in 2024 did not exceed 0.015%.
